Two Sigma Software Engineer interview experience

The OA itself didn’t feel brutal, and the next stage kicked off with a pair-coding assessment where I implemented a binary tree class in Python and fixed functions that weren’t behaving correctly.

Then I had back-to-back technical rounds with coding questions that felt very LeetCode-inspired. One of them reminded me of minimum window substring style thinking, and the other felt like a dynamic programming / optimization problem about conversions across days. After that came behavioral interviews—multiple back-to-back sessions where the focus was largely on my resume and what I’d done before.
