I experienced a more assessment-heavy Twitch funnel (OA/coding platforms plus phone interviews), but I didn’t get to the final decision.

Recruiter outreach + online assessment — I received a coding challenge (Codility in one case) with a deadline; in one attempt I believed I passed all cases, then was rejected.
Online assessment platform — additional structured testing using online coding tooling.
Phone interviews (codepad-style) — two technical phone conversations where coding was done live on the browser; there could be some light behavioral added, but the focus stayed technical.
Outcome: No offer; the journey ended after the early/phone stages, sometimes with limited feedback and uncertainty.
