San Francisco, CAPosted Mar 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer at Twitch and had a smooth, enthusiastic process with a clear three-step flow before a final rejection.

HR phone screen — A casual, kind conversation about my experience and tech stack.
Codility take-home test — A test described as not difficult.
Technical phone interview — A 60-minute call with two medium problems plus discussion of my background; it felt energetic and well-run. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that I felt supported and the process itself was high quality even without a result.
