I went through Twitch’s Software Engineer process that started with an assessment, then hit a scheduling miss, and ultimately didn’t proceed.

Codility assessment — I was sent an email with a Codility link after applying; the assessment had three problems (including one language-restricted task and one bug-fixing exercise).
Recruiter phone screen (missed) — I was scheduled for a recruiter call, but the recruiter didn’t show; after I emailed back a few hours later, they explained it was a personal emergency. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that the process felt disrupted right after the assessment.
