I interviewed for Software Engineer at Twitch and found the overall experience difficult mainly because of repeated rescheduling and poor coordination, even though the interview itself was pleasant when it finally happened.

Technical phone screen — The phone screen required three reschedulings due to miscommunication between me and the interviewer.
Onsite — An onsite around five hours long followed the phone screen; some participants seemed uninterested, and I had to contact recruiters multiple times over about 2.5 weeks to get any response or feedback. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that coordination issues outweighed how well I performed once interviews started.
