I interviewed for Software Engineer at Twitch through a short two-round process that focused heavily on conversation, goals, and a casual technical discussion.

Recruiter phone screen — The screen was casual and encouraged me to talk about my goals; the interviewer was enthusiastic and engaged.
Technical phone interview — The next round was described as technical but still discussion-oriented (including system-administration-type questions in one instance). Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that the process was personable but still didn’t translate into a move to later rounds.
