Twitch Software Engineer interview experience

I went through a tougher Twitch coding-focused path where the interview itself felt intense and details like communication mattered.

Phone screen with mixed format — I started with behavioral questions immediately, then transitioned into a Coderpad coding problem with little role/context.
Technical coding assessment — I was asked to solve multiple LeetCode-style medium problems in a timed window, then had a follow-up conversation about teams I was interested in and more about me.
Outcome: No offer; even when the coding challenge was solvable, pacing and communication during the technical portion made or broke the impression.
