Turo Software Engineer interview experience

The office space was tiny—packed with over twenty staff—and my five-hour interview got interrupted multiple times with noise from outside.

Some interviewers didn’t seem engaged and the overall atmosphere felt unusually heavy. Even if I don’t know what was going on personally, the environment made it harder to focus and contributed to a stressful vibe during the day.

I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the physical setting and interruptions were the biggest factors shaping how the process felt.
