New York, NYPosted Dec 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process was basically a series of challenges, similar in style to the ones you’d see on HackerRank.

It didn’t feel like a traditional interview with lots of back-and-forth; it was more about finishing tasks and moving forward.

What surprised me was that even after being approved, there wasn’t any guarantee I’d be called for a project soon afterward. It still felt useful to explore extra challenges beyond the ones assigned to my specialty, but the lack of certainty about next steps was real. I didn’t receive an offer.
