I reached out by email to schedule the interview, and they coordinated times from there.

The first round was mostly behavioral questions, and I joined a call with four people: a manager, two engineers, and an HR member.

The atmosphere felt easygoing, which made the behavioral part feel manageable. Still, it didn’t turn into an offer, and the process ended without me moving forward.

What I remembered most was the relaxed tone of the call—less tense than I expected for the number of people in it. My reflection was that the environment made it feel comfortable, but comfort didn’t automatically translate into a hire decision.
