I went through multiple technical and HR-style touchpoints.

First was a technical manager interview where I talked about my master’s thesis in detail, along with my interests and what I found most challenging. Then I had a senior technical manager interview that focused on why I wanted to join the company.

After that, HR ran a set of situational questions about work. The overall experience felt like a mix of technical credibility checks and how I’d think in realistic workplace situations. It ended without an offer, but it gave a pretty complete picture of how they evaluated both technical understanding and day-to-day judgment.
