TSMC Software Engineer interview experience

The overall environment was friendly, and the conversations felt easy in the sense that they weren’t trying to trick me—they mostly wanted to hear my perspective and how I’d communicate.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience didn’t feel stressful. It was the kind of interview where being yourself came through as more important than performing a “perfect” story.
