My process started with an aptitude test and an English interview.

The English portion tested listening and reading with a format similar to TOEIC—short blocks that moved fast, and I remember needing to read quickly to keep from falling behind.

After that, I moved into supervisor-level discussion and then a department manager interview. The overall flow felt more like multiple layers of review of both capability and fit, with each interviewer getting their own angle.
