My interviews centered on how I fit the job in terms of background and working expectations.

I was asked about my academy background, whether I could follow the company’s strategy to relocate, and my willingness to do overtime since it was described as something that would happen frequently.

What surprised me was how much the conversation framed itself as personality and pressure-resilience more than raw ability. It wasn’t presented as a harsh gauntlet; it felt like they were checking whether I’d get my work done under high-pressure conditions.

Even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, the process itself felt pretty manageable and clearly targeted at practical fit.
