After a recruiter-style touchpoint, my interviews focused heavily on fit and availability.

I got asked behavioral questions and they specifically wanted to know whether I was willing to work overnight shifts. The people I spoke with were friendly and genuinely interested in my background, so the conversation felt more conversational than combative.

It still didn’t move into a second round for me. Overall, the experience felt positive—harder to point to technical gaps than to the fact that I didn’t end up progressing. I left feeling like they were listening, even though the process ultimately didn’t land in my favor.
