The process started with an HR call inviting me to interview.

Before scheduling anything else, I completed a questionnaire and an aptitude test. After that, I got an email to set up an online interview.

The actual interview was an online meeting with my supervisor. After that call, the timeline stretched a bit, and about two weeks later I received a thank-you note. Even though I felt the steps were fairly procedural, I didn’t end up with an offer.

What stood out was how much time was spent on the initial screening steps before meeting the supervisor. By the time I had the interview, I already felt like I’d been filtered in some way.
