I went through a panel-style interview with managers from three departments.

We started with a short 15-minute introduction, and then each manager took turns asking questions.

What stood out was that there weren’t many professional questions. The later step felt more HR-driven in tone—after about a month, HR called me to ask basic questions like whether I could take shifts and whether I would accept relocation.

I didn’t get an offer. Honestly, the timeline felt a bit drawn out, but the direction was consistent: they first gauged my general profile and then followed up to confirm the practical constraints they needed.
