TSMC Software Engineer interview experience

First, I spoke with the hiring manager, and the focus was really on understanding my background and where I might fit into the right division. That conversation was more about alignment than testing knowledge.

Then I had a separate HR conversation where I got behavioral-style questions. Nothing about the process felt heavy or adversarial; it mostly read like they were trying to get a clear picture of me and how I work.

I came away thinking it was a pretty straightforward screening flow—less about tricky evaluations and more about basic fit.
