The interview conversation felt enjoyable overall.

We talked about my previous projects and experience, and then I explained what I would do as a CIM engineer and what my routine tasks would look like.

A key point was that the role required on-call work. The interview felt pretty normal in difficulty, and the discussion matched the practical realities of the position.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but I appreciated that the expectations were clearly stated and the conversation didn’t feel overly intense.
