The screening round still involved a lot of questions, not just quick qualification.

Then the second round was with a department manager, a section lead, and an engineer, and it turned into a long, nonstop hour of very detailed questions.

What made it tough was that they kept returning to what I had written on my resume and expected me to understand it deeply. I also had a lot of behavioral questions mixed in, so I had to be organized and able to explain my past work in a structured way rather than just giving brief answers.
