TSMC Systems Engineer interview experience

After that, the interviewer asked follow-up questions tied to what I had shared, and it naturally turned into a deeper conversation about my skills.

What stood out was how relaxed it felt compared to a formal question-and-answer format. The interviewer focused on teamwork and interpersonal qualities—how I collaborate, how I communicate in group settings, and how I contribute to a positive working environment. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience itself felt comfortable, like they were genuinely trying to understand me rather than just hitting predetermined prompts.
