TSMC Software Engineer interview experience

Communication turned into a real issue: the interviewees seemed to struggle with English during the conversations, which made everything feel slower and harder to parse.

There was also a gap in what we knew about the bigger picture. I remember that people had little understanding about relocation to Taiwan and the overall training plan. Even though the interview setting itself wasn’t described in technical terms, the lack of clarity and the communication friction made the experience feel uncertain rather than reassuring.
