TSMC Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

Phoenix, AZPosted Jan 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview experience was rough in a way that clearly stood out to me.

The interactions felt disrespectful, and the setting was disruptive enough that it was hard to even track who was speaking during the conversation.

Noise and distractions made it difficult to focus, and I never really felt like I was being interviewed in a professional, controlled environment. Overall, the experience left me with a strong negative impression, mainly because the atmosphere and communication felt undermining rather than fair.
