My interview was all behavioral, with a panel of several people asking questions.

There wasn’t a presentation portion at all, and the conversation stayed focused on my experience and how I handled situations.

They wanted structured answers that sounded like the STAR method—setting up context, explaining tasks, describing actions, and wrapping with results. I could tell they were looking for consistency and clarity across my resume stories.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even so, the experience felt straightforward and more about how I communicate under typical behavioral prompts than about technical correctness.
