Through a headhunter intro, I went through two rounds with the hiring company, and the total timeline was a little over a month.

It started with a video interview and then moved to an on-site day that included an English and personality test in Hsinchu.

The overall feel was more formal and event-like than a simple back-and-forth interview loop. I was coming in through the headhunter channel, which made the steps feel organized, and the on-site testing added to the sense that they were evaluating more than just technical knowledge.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the month-long process felt cohesive—rather than random calls—and I could tell they were making structured assessments at each stage.
