The interview felt informative in a good way—the interviewers gave insight into the industry and what the role actually involves.

They were also genuinely approachable, and that made the process feel less stressful than I expected.

The questions themselves weren’t framed as the hardest possible technical challenge. Instead, they were aimed at understanding my thinking process and how I approached problems, rather than just judging me based on what I’d done in school or past work. I walked away feeling like my approach mattered at least as much as my background.
