My interview process was really straightforward and mostly non-technical.

I had two interviews: one that felt more informal and another with two interviewers.

One part of the conversation was in Chinese, but I responded in English, and we still managed to keep going. The overall pace felt calm, and the questions didn’t push into deep technical territory.

I didn’t end up getting a second-round offer, and the feedback vibe was basically that it wasn’t the best fit. It didn’t feel like I bombed anything; it felt more like the role and their culture needs were very specific.
