San Francisco, CAPosted Feb 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I talked with Trumpf over the phone, and the interviewer started by asking what I knew about the company.

They also explained what engineers did at their specific office, which made it feel like they were giving context rather than just grilling me.

The conversation itself felt casual, and the questions weren’t difficult. Interviewers seemed genuinely friendly and gave me their time, and the whole call felt more like a mutual discussion than a formal screening. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience left me with a good impression of how they treated the conversation.
