TRUMPF Software Engineer interview experience

The hiring manager actually postponed the phone call twice, each time saying it would only take another hour, and I found that minor delay annoying.

After the phone screen, I flew out to their site in Connecticut for an onsite interview with the recruiter, the manager, and another colleague. The conversations themselves happened, but I never heard back afterward. I viewed it as unprofessional that the process didn’t close with any follow-up, especially after the time and travel involved. I didn’t receive an offer, and the lack of communication was the biggest takeaway for me.
