One of my interviews turned into an extended discussion that lasted close to an hour.

The panel seemed genuinely interested and knowledgeable about the topic they were focused on, and they made me feel comfortable rather than rushed.

The questions were very relevant to the industry, and the conversation stayed anchored on the subject area we were exploring. I felt like the structure was more about depth and clarity than about trick questions. Even without an offer, I walked away with the impression that the interviewers had thought about what they needed to learn about me.
