Truist Financial Analyst interview experience

The early rounds were mostly basic behavioral questions, and the superday added a business case study.

During the superday, I spoke with different analysts, which meant I had to keep my answers consistent while adjusting how I explained things depending on who I was talking to. The atmosphere was genuinely relaxed, and everyone I met came across as chill and nice.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the process still felt like a good interaction—less about pressure and more about whether my thinking and communication matched what they were looking for.
