Truist Investment Banking Analyst interview experience

The whole thing felt helpful because it wasn’t just about the role description—it gave me a real sense of how different teams might feel day to day in terms of culture and workload.

The process itself was described as good for connecting with younger analysts, and that matched my impression while I was in the conversations.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I appreciated how the super day was structured to help me understand what group I’d likely fit with, not just to evaluate me on paper.
