My first step was a phone call interview with two associates, and it felt like a straightforward initial screening.

They discussed the role and moved through questions in a way that didn’t feel overly complicated. The next planned round was supposed to be with a VP, but that part never happened.

What I did end up interviewing for was within an IME team under the TMT group. Because the process stopped right after the associates’ call, I didn’t get to move forward, and it never turned into an offer. The biggest thing I remember was how quickly the momentum shifted before reaching the VP round.
