Truist Financial Analyst interview experience

I liked the tone and it felt productive while it was happening.

What really hurt the experience for me was recruiting logistics. The initial phone call started about seven minutes late compared to the scheduled time, and after two weeks I followed up for a status update and didn’t receive any response. By the time I checked again, it had been three weeks and the job profile still showed me as under consideration.

I didn’t get an offer. Even though the actual hiring manager conversation was solid, the lack of follow-up and the early delay left a bad impression of the overall process for me.
