After networking throughout the semester, I ended up attending a virtual superday with three separate 1-on-1 interviews.

The format was pretty efficient, and offers were given out the very next day.

The questions were a mix of lighter technical topics and cultural fit questions meant to gauge how interested I was and how well I’d match the environment. The technical parts didn’t feel like they were designed to be trick questions—they were more about baseline understanding and clarity in how I talked through ideas.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the whole experience moved quickly once it started. What surprised me was how fast the timeline turned—especially after the superday.
