Truist Financial Analyst interview experience

The long day included a case analysis section, but the case part still felt fairly straightforward.

Alongside the case, there were two additional interviews during the super day. Those interviews weren’t technical, which made the whole agenda feel more focused on how I think and how I communicate rather than on finance calculations.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the process felt fairly accessible because the technical pressure wasn’t the main theme, and the case analysis didn’t come across as overly complicated.
