Truist Investment Banking Analyst interview experience

The first round was with junior bankers and felt more technical, while the second round brought in senior bankers and shifted toward fit questions. The contrast between the two sessions helped me understand what they were looking for at each level.

Overall, it was fast—so fast that I had less than a week to accept or decline once I got to the offer stage. I didn’t mention specific question text, but the difficulty felt average and the timing made the process feel efficient. I didn’t receive an offer from it, though the process itself was quick and clear.
