Trend Micro Inc. Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I did an on-site interview focused on background checks and technical questions.

During the on-site, most of what I was asked connected to tasks I’d need to solve rather than algorithm-heavy questions. The last stage was a phone call with HR for compensation negotiation and a benefits introduction. That combination—practical tasks in the interview and then compensation in the final call—made the overall process feel complete from both a technical and practical standpoint.
