I interviewed through a prep assignment followed by a project-focused onsite, spending time discussing my work and the team’s product.

Take-home pre-work (React component) — Before the onsite, I was given a small take-home project to build a React component.
Onsite: intro + deep dive on my projects — I started with a self-introduction about my experience, then the team asked detailed questions about my previous projects.
Product overview — The team briefly explained their product and how my background connected to it. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in the notes I have; the takeaway is that they prioritized thoughtful, specific project discussion over abstract theory.
