Trend Micro Inc. Account Executive interview experience

I got the sense they were mostly trying to understand how motivated I was as a salesperson and what I’d achieved previously in roles that were similar.

The questions were fairly predictable and didn’t veer into anything strange or unexpected. That predictability made it easier to answer naturally and not feel caught off guard.

Overall, it had the feel of a straightforward sales-focused conversation—focused on motivation and past performance, rather than trying to trip me up.
