I interviewed at the Trend Micro office in Kanata North, Ottawa after applying through my university’s co-op job board.

The interview was around an hour, and it was mostly technical questions mixed with questions about my previous experience.

The difficulty was average, and it felt like a traditional in-person screen where they expected me to connect my past work to the role while also handling engineering topics. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I felt like the interview covered the range of what they needed to confirm: both my technical grounding and my history.
