Trend Micro Inc. Software Engineer interview experience

They felt quite easy, and I had 30 minutes per problem. After the codility section, the process included questions that weren’t really technical—more like simple problems—and the intent was more playful than rigorous.

The difficulty was easy overall, and it mostly felt like a light filtering step rather than a heavy engineering test. I didn’t receive an offer, but the process itself didn’t feel hostile or overly stressful. What stuck with me was how non-intimidating the technical part was compared to what I expected going in.
