Trend Micro Inc. Software Engineer interview experience

The difficulty felt fair, and the interviewer was very nice and friendly. The questions included threading, an easy LeetCode-style problem, and deciphering code.

What made it less stressful than I expected was how willing the interviewer was to help when I got stuck. There were hints along the way, so even when I didn’t immediately land the final answer, I still felt like the conversation could move forward.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall experience left me thinking it was a constructive technical check. The friendliness and the hints made the process feel more collaborative
