Trend Micro Inc. Account Executive interview experience

I remember being asked for specific examples, like a time I had to deal with a difficult coworker, and the focus was very much on how I handled situations and relationships.

After that conversation, the sales manager let me talk with an existing SDR. That chat felt more about learning the company’s culture and giving me a real opening to ask questions than about grilling me with new technical detail.

It was an easygoing, structured flow—behavioral first, then a chance to understand day-to-day expectations through someone already in the role.
