Trend Micro Inc. Software Engineer interview experience

After the call, I received a Word document that contained additional technical questions for me to answer.

What surprised me was how friendly and supportive everyone felt during the process, even though there were still technical questions to work through. The difficulty stayed in the average range, and the process felt more collaborative than intimidating. I didn’t end up with an offer, but I left that stage feeling like I at least understood the expectations and the next step was clearly spelled out in the document.
