Trend Micro Inc. Account Executive interview experience

After that, I had to present a 30/60/90 plan.

I eventually got offered the job, which made the effort feel worth it. What I didn’t love was that I wasn’t introduced to more of the senior management team during the process, even though it was an interview heavy on key decision-makers.

Once I started, that missing senior exposure would have helped me understand context sooner. Still, the hiring outcome came through, and the plan presentation was clearly a major checkpoint in how they evaluated me.
