My process was surprisingly quick and friendly.

Because I had a connection, everything felt informal and low-pressure, and I ended up going through two phone calls with the same person.

Both conversations stayed very human and easygoing, and the interviewer focused more on engagement and fit than on anything overly intense. The overall vibe was that everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and motivated, and that made the whole thing feel less like a formal grilling and more like an open conversation.
