Trend Micro Inc. Account Executive interview experience

She told me I’d be meeting with two managers and that she would handle scheduling.

After that call, I sent a thank-you email as a follow-up, and when I didn’t hear anything I sent another follow-up a few days later. The result was just silence—no scheduling updates and no reply.

I never made it to the manager rounds I’d been told were coming, and I didn’t receive an offer. The standout feeling was that it looked like the recruiter had one job—set up the next steps—and it didn’t happen, which made the whole experience feel like a missed opportunity rather than a real selection process.
