I went into the interview expecting a software-company technical conversation, but the round ended up being mostly behavioral.

They asked solely behavioral questions and spent a lot of time talking about information about the company.

What threw me off was the lack of technical probing—my technical skills barely came up at all. The difficulty was easy, and the experience felt more like learning the culture and story than getting tested on engineering depth. I didn’t receive an offer, but honestly it helped me realize that the bar for this stage was more about communication and motivation than live technical problem-solving.
