The first step was a Codility online assessment with four problems in a 2.5-hour time limit.

After finishing that, I had a phone interview that was technical, focusing on concepts in Java programming.

Everything felt reasonably average in difficulty, and the process had a clean two-stage flow: coding assessment first, then a concepts-focused call. I didn’t get an offer, but the structure itself felt organized and predictable, with the technical focus kept pretty consistent across both rounds.
